Andy Teslow

Andy Teslow, age 41, passed away on February 12, 2021 in Davenport, Florida. He was born on December 14, 1979, in Macomb, Illinois the son of Rich Teslow and Sherri Bainter. He is survived by his parents Rich (Pam) Teslow and Jerry Vance, Step-sister, Libby (Seth) Shelton, step-brother, Luke (Chelsea) Ladd. half-brother, Nathen (Pam) Teslow, half-sister Heather Bass and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sherrie Bainter-Vance, grandparents and two cousins.

Andy was blessed with a natural golf swing. Andy played on the Varsity golf team at Macomb High all four years, winning several tournaments. He finished seventh at state his senior year and still holds two Macomb High golf records. Andy attended Rend Lake Junior college, winning two tournaments his sophomore year. He finished eighth at nationals at College Station Texas, earning All-American status. After several years back in Macomb, he moved to the Orlando, Florida area, working at several different golf venues. While Andy was there, he attended numerous PGA and LPGA events, following his favorite golfer, Tiger Woods. Andy loved when his uncle Bill came to Florida to play golf with him, on the many great courses down there. Golf and the golf Channel brought him happiness throughout the years

Cremation rites have been accorded. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

A celebration of life will be held on March 27, 2021 at Wesley Village Community Center from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be made to the George Forsythe Hospice House.
