Billie J. Alley, 88, of Macomb passed away at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Wesley Village Healthcare Center in Macomb.
She was born on October 20, 1932 in Cobden, Illinois to Walter and Mildred Burris Hill. She married Kenneth D. Alley on May 5, 1951. He preceded her in death on October 20,, 2004.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Billie is survived by one daughter, Janice (David) Alley Mays of Walnut Creek, California; three sisters; one brother; one special niece, Cindy Eriks and a caring friend, Jeannie Cross.
She moved to Macomb in 1967. She was a former member of Macomb Beautiful.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Entombment of ashes will be placed with her husband in Oakwood Abbey in Macomb. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of McDonough County.
