Catherine Henson, 78, of Macomb passed away at 3:54 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on June 8, 1942 in Princeton, Illinois to Wilbur and Amelia Fredrickson Stauffer. She married Wayne Henson. He preceded her in death on June 19, 1974.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Catherine is survived by her children, John (Susan) Henson, Lonnie Henson, Shelly (Jack) Brown and Wayne "Roe" Henson; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She lived most of her life in the Macomb area where she worked as a word processor. She was a member of the Macomb Eagles Club and the Humane Society was near and dear to her heart.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside interment of ashes will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 in the Corinth Baptist Cemetery in Grand Rivers, Kentucky.
Memorials may be made to the McDonough County Humane Society.
