Constance Teslicka Hoke, 92, of Macomb passed away at 10:14 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Bickford Cottage in Macomb. 
She was born on October 10, 1932 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Lester and Alice Pasco Bouchard. She first married George Teslicka. He preceded her in death. She later married Gaylord Hoke. He also preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Steve (Carla) Teslicka of Macomb, Chris Teslicka of Melrose Park and Tom (Linda) Teslicka of Atlanta, Georgia; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Carol (Don) Leo of Elgin and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands.
She lived in River Grove in the Chicago area for many years before moving to Macomb. She worked for Holistic Wellness as a cardiac nurse. She attended the Assembly of God Church.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A private family grave side burial of ashes will be held at the Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove at a later date.
