Darren Beghtol

Darren Beghtol, 55, of Macomb passed away at 6:24 p.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
He was born on August 30, 1965 in Macomb to Henry and Letha Kindhart Beghtol.
He is survived by his mother, Letha Beghtol of Macomb; his father Henry “Bud” Beghtol of Montrose, Iowa; his sister, Shelia Beghtol of Phoenix, Arizona; his brother, Brian (Jane) Beghtol of Macomb; maternal grandmother, Margaret Campbell of Macomb; his aunt, Rita Whitker of Fort Madison, Iowa; his nephew, Tim (Samantha) Beghtol of Phoenix, Arizona; his great-niece, Elizabeth Beghtol of Phoenix, Arizona; several aunts; several uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Doran Kindhart and paternal grandparents.
Darren lived most of his life in Macomb. He was a graduate of Macomb High School. He worked as a CNA last working at Wesley Village.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Brian Beghtol’s home at 618 East Pierce Street, Macomb, Illinois 61455.
Memorials may be made to the Darren Beghtol Memorial Fund.
