Donna Andrighetti

Donna Andrighetti, 83, of rural Colchester passed away at 10:15 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2023 at Macomb Post Acute Care Center in Macomb.
She was born on January 10, 1940 in Macomb to Samuel and La Vonne Evans Kelly. She married Richard Andrighetti on June 17, 1967 in Macomb. He passed away on September 10, 2014.
She is also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Saundra Kelly.
Donna is survived by one son, Michael A.K. Andrighetti of Colchester; foster daughter, Marsha Porter-Dillin of Staunton, Indiana; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and special friends, Ron and Marilyn Smith of Macomb.
Donna lived all of her life in McDonough County near Tennessee. She worked as an LPN before becoming an RN from 1998 to 2023. She worked in the nursing field for over 50 years at Wesley, Heartland and the Elms.
She was a member of the Macomb Women’s Bowling Association and bowled for many years.  She loved to travel and went to several National Women’s Bowling tournaments. She liked crocheting and reading.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the Nurses and CNA’s at Macomb Post Acute Care for their wonderful care.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Grave side services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the Union Lennox Cemetery northeast of Roseville with Reverend A. Lee Unger officiating. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to the HSMC New Animal Shelter.
