Dorothy "Dot" Chenoweth

Dorothy L. “Dot” Chenoweth, 83, of Macomb passed away at 8:03 a.m. Sunday, May 26, 2024 at the Lamoine Senior Living Center in Macomb.
She was born on September 20, 1940 in Bushnell to Floyd Clifford and Anna Grace Schisler Chambers. She married H. Ronald Chenoweth on October 5, 1958. He passed away onn June 18, 2019.
Also preceding her in death are her parents; four brothers, Clifford, Richard, Wayne and David Chambers  and one sister, Marie Howard.
Dot is survived by three sons, Darrell (Kathy) Chenoweth of Macomb, Rod (Tonia) Chenoweth of Gravis Mills, Missouri and Gene (Sharon) Chenoweth of Colchester; five grandchildren, Bryan (Stephanie) Chenoweth, Blake Chenoweth, Matt Chenoweth, Brandi (Richard Edgerton) Chenoweth and Jennifer (Tristen) Protsman and three great-grandchildren, Tucker, Ezra and Zeke Chenoweth.
Dot lived most of her life in Macomb. She was a member of the Macomb Eagles Club. She loved bowling, golfing and playing cards.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Macomb Assembly of God Church with Pastor Mike Williams officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Burial of cremains will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb.
Memorials may be made to the Lamoine Senior Living Center or the Macomb VFW.
