Grace Sprinkle, 91, of Macomb, formerly of Littleton passed away at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the Elms Nursing Home in Macomb.
She was born on November 29, 1930 in Smithfield to William and Minnie McGrew Darst. She married Kelvin Sprinkle on March 30, 1949. He passed away in 1971.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Harry, Lyle and Keith Darst and one great-grandson, Dalton Sprinkle.
Grace is survived by three children, Donald Sprinkle of Littleton, twins, James (Patty) Sprinkle of Littleton and Jane Sprinkle of Littleton; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
She lived in Rushville and Littleton most of her life before moving to Macomb. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Littleton where she was the janitor for 35 years. She worked for Dennis Chicken Products for 11 years, McGraw-Edison for 3 years and Haeger Pottery for 20 years.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Reverend Paul Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Littleton Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
