Kary Ron Fowler, 70, of rural Plymouth passed away 1:22 a.m. Sunday, December 10, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on January 25, 1953 in Beardstown to Keros and Barbara Cooper Fowler. He married Patti Westerhold on September 10, 1988 in Schuyler County. She survives.
Also surviving are his children, Barbara (Jeremy) Barclay of Industry, Michelle (Cass) Davies of Rock Springs, Wyoming, Brenda Fowler of Industry, Patrick (Heather) Phillips of Macomb and Kurtis Fowler of Plymouth; grandchildren, Cassidy Lundgren, Markie Phillips, Olivia Davies, Savanna Davies, Koner Fouts and Kaydon Fowler; sister, Pam (Gary) Sheltrown and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Richard Fowler.
Kary has lived in rural Plymouth all his life. He was a graduate of Industry High School. He worked as a farmer all of his adult life and was also a heavy equipment operator since 1987. He is a member of the NRA, Local 965 operating engineers, and the American Angus Association.
Funeral services will be held at1 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2023 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Steve Smart officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p. m. Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Blackburn Cemetery near Brooklyn.
Memorials may be made to the Blessing Cancer Center or Charity of the Donor”s Choice.
