Keith Ferris

Keith Ferris, 88, of Bushnell passed away at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
He was born on June 7, 1934 in Macomb to Wayne and Jennie Irene Foster Ferris. He married Doris Doyle on January 9, 1956 in Oxnard, California. She passed away on December 20, 2018.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dale, Frank and Howard Ferris and one sister, Joyce Boden.
He is survived by his children, Jackie (Rodney) Lewallen of Niota, Everett (Linda) Ferris of Bushnell, Billie Ferris of Macomb and Jerri Askew of Macomb; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and one sister, Helen (Wayne) Thorman of Macomb.
Keith has lived in Bushnell since 1956. He owned Ferris Auto Body repair in Bushnell for many years. He was an Air Force veteran serving from 1952 to 1956. He enjoyed golfing, camping, wintering in Texas, flying radio controlled airplanes and could fix anything.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with A. Lee Unger officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Thursday, December 15, 2022  at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services and private burial of ashes will be held at a later date at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb with military rites being conducted by the Macomb American Legion and Macomb VFW.
