Larry Edward Duvall, 77, of Macomb passed away at 6:59 a.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
He was born on June 18, 1948 in Quincy to Otto Jr and Margaret F. Higgbothem Duvall. He married Anita Sittman on January 14, 1967 in Quincy. She passed away on April 15, 2017.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Duvall..
Larry is survived by two sons, Tom (Liz) Duvall of Macomb and Scott Duvall of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Rayne Duvall, Levi Duvall, Zachary Duvall and Hailey Wakefield; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Eisenberg and Paula Rossiter and a special friend, Olive Morris.
Larry has lived in Macomb since 1984. He worked as a locksmith at Western Illinois University. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with the Gold Wing Riders Association, Chapter B. Larry served in the U.S. Army fo over 20 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Pastor Mike Williams officiating. Entombment of ashes will be in Oakwood Cemetery Columbarium where full military rites will be conducted by the Macomb American Legion and Macomb VFW.
Memorials may be made to the Macomb VFW.
