Margaret Alice McCreight

Margaret Alice McCreight, 96, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away at 6:46 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2021 at Northern Hills Assisted Living Center in Sioux City.

She was born in Golden, Illinois to Dr. Avis and Lena Lamb Crank. She married Everett McCreight on October 29, 1952 in Golden. He passed away on March 1, 2005.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Harry Crank, Gerald Crank and Curtis Crank.

Margaret is survived by one daughter, Martha (Gary) Martin of Sioux City, Iowa; one grandson, Tim Martin and one brother, Lloyd Crank of Anoka, Minnesota.

Margaret lived in Golden, Table Grove and moved back to Golden before moving to Macomb in 1976 where she lived until moving to Sioux City.

Private graveside services will be held at the New Providence Cemetery near Ursa, Illinois on Monday, March 1, 2021.
