Mary Harn Obituary

Mary Ann Harn, 84, of Macomb passed away at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
She was born on August 10, 1937 in Prairie City to Chester and Garnett Weaver Taft.
She is survived by three daughters, Sheryl Friday of Colchester, Deb Harn of Macomb and Donna Nell of Blandinsville; daughter-in-law, Gayle Harn of Blandinsville; two granddaughters, Stephanie (Clay) Robinson of Macomb and Kammie Harn of Blandinsville ; two great-granddaughters, Cheyenne Robinson and Dakota Robinson, both of Macomb and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Stephen Harn; twin sons in infancy; one brother, Bronald Taft; six sisters, Betty Smith, Martha Kreps, Gloria Stotler, Nancy Taft, Cynthia Lantz and Edwina Mitchell; and last but not least, one loving friend, Jerry Vincent.
Mary graduated from Bushnell High School in 1955. has lived in Macomb since 1971. She was employed for Sunbeam Bakery for four years and Hagerty and Moon Security for five years, Red Ox Lounge for ten years and worked at Eagles Grocery Store in Macomb for 20 years, retiring in 2000.
She was a member of the Frateral Order Macomb Eagles Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, volunteer Ladies Auxiliary at McDonough District Hospital , committee for Festival of Trees and volunteer for outreach services Breast Cancer. 
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Ben Ellefritz officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness.
