Mary Alice Wike, 94, of Macomb passed away at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025 with family present at Bickford of Macomb.
She was born on April 12, 1930 in Macomb to Virgil and Minnie Phillips Breeden, she married Charles Wike on April 17, 1948. He passed away on August 15, 2013.
Surviving are one son, Max Wike; daughter-in-law, Sheryl Wike; grandchildren, Nickie Wike, Moniqua Hancock, Rusty (Robin) Wike, Brad Wike Jr., Lisa (Scott) Erickson and Samantha Wike; 13 great-great-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren , 2 brothers Jack (Carolin) Breeden and Jerry Breeden, and several nieces and nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; two brothers, Max and Charles Breeden; daughter-in-law, Sherry Wike and one son, Brad Wike.
Mary enjoyed camping at the Mississippi River, gardening, crafting and embraced her role as a home maker. She cherished time spent with family, friends, and the many children she babysat with over the years.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 11, 2025 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Pastor A. Lee Unger officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the Scott Cemetery in Bethel Township in southern McDonough County.
