Norma Jean Teel

Norma Jean Teel, age 84, of Macomb, passed away at 9:02 PM on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb. She was born on May 28, 1937 in Bernadotte Illinois the daughter of Otto and Margaret Clemens Gossage. She married Robert H. Teel on November 16, 1966. He preceded her in death on April 25, 2006.
She is survived by her children Norma Jean (Philip) Forman of Rushville, Margaret Alice Teel of Macomb, and Robert Teel of Macomb, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, sisters Helen Spencer and Shirley Spencer, brothers Otto (Patty) Gossage, and Danny Gossage. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, one brother, and one great grandchild.
Norma Jean live most all of her life in the Macomb area. She had attended the Nazarene Church in Macomb, and had worked at Haeger Pottery in Macomb and Hardees for several years before her retirement. Cremation rites have been accorded , there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Norma Jean Teel Memorial Fund.
