Richard Arthur Louden, 86 of Cape Coral Florida, formally of Macomb, Il passed away peacefully on March 2nd, 2021 at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, Fl. Richard was born on March 25, 1934 in Chicago, Il the son of Helen (Miller) and John Arthur Louden. Richard married Joanne (Morris) on September 26, 1953. He is survived by his wife of sixty eight years and two sons, John Todd (Sherry) of Cape Coral, Fl, Michael Arthur (Kimberly) of Cedar Rapids, Ia, one granddaughter Stephanie (David) Forgas, two grandsons Devin and Brett Louden, four step - grand children Nicholas (Abbey) Carroll, Nathan (Jordyn) Carroll, Megan and Zachery Smith. Richard was proceeded in death by two infant daughters Mary Jo and Valerie Kay. Richard was a veteran of the Air Force, a member of the Mohammed Shrine, The Elks, and past president of the Macomb Country Club. Richard loved to play golf and one of his high lights was being a team member that qualified to play in the 1994 Oldsmobile Classic played at Disney World in Florida. Richard was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.Richard retired from NTN Bower and moved to Florida to enjoy the warm sunshine and golf. A Memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Reverend A. Lee Unger officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. On Richard's behalf memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children Hospital.
