On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, Richard Miller, age 73, of Colchester, Illinois, passed away at his home.
He was born on July 27, 1947 in Avon, Illinois to Robert E. and Opal O. Ostrander Miller. He married the love of his life, Carolyn Black on January 20, 1979.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Carolyn Miller, his parents and his brother, Raymond Ostrander.

December 18, 2020 11:45 AMRichard had a good life with my niece, Carolyn Black Miller who loved him a great deal. His love for her and their children made him a valued part of the family whenever we could see each other. I believe he was a member of the Industry Methodist Church as was Carolyn and Will.
