Robert "Bob" S. Friday, Jr

Robert S. “Bob” Friday, Jr, 55, of Macomb entered the Kingdom of Heaven at 1:09 a.m. Sunday, January 9, 2022 near Big Rapids, Michigan.
He was born on August 30, 1966 in Macomb to Robert S. Sr and Rebecca S. McCoy Friday.
He is survived by his mother, Rebecca (Robert Kuehner) McCoy; one daughter Alexandra Frazer of Champaign, Illinois; two grandchildren, Antwon Frazer and Autumn Morrison and his significant other, Nikki Robbins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert S. Friday, Sr who was born on the same day as Bob; Maternal and Paternal grandparents, Helen and Sterling Friday and Emma and Willard McCoy and step-brother, John R. Miller Jr.
Bob graduated high school in 1983. Bob was baptized in Missouri. He attended automotive school in Wichita, Kansas and Blackhawk College in the Quad Cities. He was on the Macomb Police traveling boxing league when he was young.
Bob had worked at Hageman Discount Furniture in Macomb where he delivered furniture and served as manager when the owners were out of town. He also worked construction for several years.
Bob loved old cars and his cat, Winston. He was on the skating team at Macomb Skateland when he was younger. He also loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles, music and fishing.
A public graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb with Reverend Caleb Sparrow officiating. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Crossing at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
