Ron Gray

Ron Gray, 88, of Macomb passed away at 3:12 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2023 at the Bickford Senior Living Center in Macomb.
He was born on April 2, 1934 in Raritan to Lyle and Nina Heap Gray. He married Shirley Hunt on October 30, 1955. She preceded him in death. He later married Rosa Lee Woolam McCormick on June 20, 1998. She passed away on March 8, 2023.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; one brother James Gray and one sister-in-law, Karen Gray.
Ron is survived by his children, Susie Fowler of Macomb, Nina (Mark) Aeilts of St. Joseph, Missouri and Rudy (Sue) Gray of Industry; step-children, Debbie (Jerry) Pestle of Bushnell, Kathie (Mike) McCleery of Bushnell, Sharon (Dan) Hundley of Avon, Tammie (Tim) Speer of Avon and Tina (Ravi) Advani of Cleveland, Tennessee; 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; his brothers and sister, Dan (Teana) Gray, Elaine (Marlin) France and Roger (Terri) Gray and many nieces and nephews.
Ron lived most of his life in Macomb. He was a farmer and worked for Clark Oil. He owned Security Lock Shop for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association.
He loved riding his motorcycle and traveling the United States. He was always very close with his siblings and was always ready to give a helping hand.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2023 at Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb with Pastor David Scott officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Macomb.
