Shirley L. Lotz, age 91, passed away at 12:05 a.m. on Wednesday , May 8, 2024 at Wesley Village in Macomb. She was born on February 19, 1933 in Griswold , Iowa the daughter of Charles and Zola Lafferty Crawford. She married Melvin Lotz on July 28, 1951, he preceded her in death on February 13, 2014. She is survived by four daughters Sharon (Robert) Pearson of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Linda (Danny) Walters of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Susan (Rudy) Gray of Industry, Illinois, and Judy (Andy) McClain of Alexander, Illinois, 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son Terry Lotz.
Shirley was a member of the Macomb Assembly of God Church, and she enjoyed playing cards.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Macomb Assembly of God Church. Pastor Mike Williams will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Clugston – Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb. Memorials may be made to the Macomb Assembly of God-Youth Camp.
