Susan Rouse Obituary
Susan B. Rouse,62, of Macomb, IL. passed away on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.
She is survived by her life partner of 24 years, Dwight Snyder. Three children Jim Rouse of Macomb, IL, Jennifer Byers of West Des Moines, IA, and Hazel Snyder of Macomb, IL, 4 grandchildren, mother Liz Swango, siblings Steve Swango and Debbie Inman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Susan was a devoted caregiver who found joy in spending time with her family. She had a generous spirit and was always ready to offer her help and support to her loved ones. The family will host private graveside services at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to a college fund for Susan's daughter, Hazel Snyder in care of Mid America National Bank in Macomb or McDonough County Animal Shelter in her honor.
