William Otis Manley, 59, of Macomb passed away at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at his residence in Macomb.
He was born on January 25, 1966 in Quincy to Otis and Juanita Carle Manley.
He is survived by one son, Joshua Manley of Macomb and one sister, Iris Rose of Quincy.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
